• Should delegates cancel, postpone or shorten the duration of their booking for any reason, the hotel will charge delegates a cancellation fee to compensate the Hotel for any loss it may have suffered.
• For no-show delegates full stay of accommodation will be levied. Any cancellation of confirmed reservations received with in 30 days of the arrival date would forfeit their deposits.
• Should a booking be cancelled up to thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged
• Should a booking be cancelled or reduced between thirty (30) and eight (8) days prior to the arrival date, 50 % (fifty percent) of the anticipated revenue will be charged.
• Should a booking be cancelled by between seven (7) and zero (0) days prior to the arrival date, 100% (one hundred percent) of the anticipated revenue will be charged
